Release Agent Production Process for Concrete Molds
A release agent is a functional substance between the mold and the finished product. It has chemical resistance and is not dissolved when in contact with different resin chemical components, especially styrene and amine.
The release agent formula can be divided into two types: one is water-based release agent, and the other is polyurethane water-based release agent.
Concrete release agent is a substance applied to construction molds before concrete pouring, primarily used to prevent the molds from sticking to the surface of the concrete after pouring, without affecting the smoothness of the concrete surface. It is widely used in various steel molds, wooden molds, bamboo plywood, plastic boards, and concrete table surfaces in concrete construction.
