Non-formaldehyde Fixing Agent
As a cross-linking agent, strength enhancer and reinforcing agent at the same time, FIX-285 exhibits excellent performance in aqueous dispersion. When added in water-based paint, it can significantly improve wet rubbing fastness, abrasive resistance and water washing endurance after proper drying and heat treatment.

PROPERTIES:
1、Significantly improve fastness under either dry or wet rubbing fastness when added in water-based paint. Also enhance adhesive strength, water washing endurance and abrasive resistance after heat treatment.
2、Don not contain formaldehyde.
APPLICATION METHODS:
The dosage of FIX-285 varies according to processing materials and required properties, with an average of 2-3% in printing paste. General heat treatment is above 130℃. Higher temperature, less time.
PRECAUTIONS:
1、 Active ingredients may precipitate after standing. Please stir evenly before use.
2、 The viscosity tends to condense into glue under acid conditions. Therefore, please do not apply under acid conditions (pH value less than 7).
3、 Depending on different conditions, there are possibilities to become yellow. Please confirm before use.
4、 When needed to blend with other agents, it’s better to make full knowledge of their properties at first and then decide whether to apply or not by prime trials.
5、The Longer time lasts after applying the product, the less the desired effects will be. It is suggested to tear open the package only when immediately used and finish all the same day without any other unexpected affairs.

Transportation and Storage:
When stored or transported below 0°C, stratification or cloudiness may occur. Heat and stir before use. Transport as a non-hazardous material.
