Bactericide BS20 (Heat Resistant)
Product Information:
Bactericide BS20 is a broad-spectrum, water-based liquid preservative based on 1,2-Benzisothiazolin-3(2H)-one. It features low toxicity, low irritancy, low VOC content, and is formaldehyde-free. It is effective against common bacteria, fungi, and yeasts. At the recommended dosage, it effectively prevents microbial infestation and complies with the EU Green Coatings evaluation standards.

Recommended Dosage
The recommended dosage for Bactericide BS20 is 0.1% - 0.2%. It can be added at any stage of the production process with adequate stirring. The dosage should be increased in protein, casein, and other high-nutrient systems.
The use temperature should not exceed 120°C, and the pH should be < 14. Strong oxidizing agents, reducing agents, and mercaptans can lead to degradation of the active ingredient. Thiol-containing substances should be used with caution, and attention should be paid to maintaining clean production practices.

Packaged in 25kg, 200kg, and IBC plastic drums. Custom packaging is available based on user requirements. The shelf life is 24 months when stored at room temperature and away from direct sunlight.
