Emulsion HY1020

Emulsion HY1020 is a non-ionic surfactant used in the preparation of water-based inks, digital inks, water-based coatings, color pastes, and other industries.

 Features:

Wetting agent HY1020 has excellent dispersion and wetting properties for various organic and inorganic pigments and dyes, which allows the gloss and color development of the paint film to be fully reflected. It improves the color and stability of the system, helps to remove white mist, avoids floating and blooming, extends the storage period and mechanical stability of the product.

Application:

The recommended amount of wetting agent HY1020 is 0.1-0.2% based on the amount of finished paint, and it is recommended to add it before grinding and dispersion.
